The responses I got for requests were prompt, and management was constantly following up on my satisfaction for how the issues were addressed. if there is one thing I wished the room had was bathroom ventilation. besides that, my overall experience was very good, and if in future I happen to need a place to stay in the area, I shall find myself returning to this Hotel.

The price was very nice, and the staff was willing to provide my siblings with a bunch of silverware and cookware for making our own breakfast (the rooms had kitchenettes and stuff for basic cooking). The staff was also helpful when we ran into problems.

I didn't wake up on time for breakfast, but I do like the grab and go idea. Just wish the grab and go could be up until 11:30am for the people that are checking out.
